Key Elements Of Quality Policy
Carrystitch follows a four stage quality control system to ensure consistency and reliability in every batch.

1. Raw Material Inspection
The process begins with careful inspection of all incoming fabrics including cotton, canvas, jute and juco. Each lot is checked for GSM accuracy, weave strength, texture quality and color consistency before it is approved for production.

2. In Process Quality Check
During cutting and stitching, continuous supervision is maintained to ensure correct sizing, strong seam construction, proper handle alignment and neat gusset finishing. This stage helps prevent defects before production is completed.

3. Printing Inspection
After printing, bags are reviewed for correct design placement, color accuracy and ink consistency. Special attention is given to avoid smudging, fading or misprints to maintain brand clarity.

4. Final Inspection
Before packaging, each bag undergoes a final review to check stitching quality, loose threads, fabric damage and overall finishing. Only products that meet defined quality standards proceed to packing and dispatch.
