Eco Friendly Bag Manufacturing Process
At Carrystitch, we manufacture cotton, canvas, jute and juco bags through a structured and quality controlled production system. Every bag goes through defined stages to ensure durability, clean finishing and accurate customization.
Below is our complete eco bag production process.

1. Raw Material Selection
We source and inspect high quality natural fabrics including:
โข Cotton fabric
โข Heavy canvas
โข Jute fabric
โข Juco blend fabric
Each material is checked for GSM, weave strength, texture and consistency before entering production. These materials are reusable, recyclable and biodegradable, making them suitable alternatives to plastic packaging.

2. Cutting & Pattern Development
Fabric is laid on industrial cutting tables and measured according to approved bag dimensions.
Patterns are developed as per client requirements including:
โข Tote bags
โข Shopping bags
โข Promotional bags
โข Custom size bags
Accurate cutting ensures uniform size and reduces wastage across bulk production.

3. Stitching & Assembly
Cut panels move to the stitching department where skilled operators assemble the bags using industrial sewing machines.
During this stage:
โข Handles are attached
โข Gussets are formed
โข Reinforcements are added
โข Inner stitching strength is ensured
The stitching quality directly impacts durability and load carrying capacity.

4. Printing & Custom Branding
If customization is required, bags move to the printing section.
We provide:
โข Screen printing
โข Heat transfer printing
โข Machine printing
โข Block printing
Artwork is printed as per approved design and color specifications to maintain brand consistency.

5. Quality Inspection
Every bag undergoes two levels of quality inspection:
Interim inspection during production
Final inspection before packing
We check for:
โข Stitch accuracy
โข Print clarity
โข Fabric defects
โข Loose threads
โข Dust or unwanted marks
Only approved pieces proceed to packaging.

6. Packaging & Dispatch
Bags are packed based on order quantity and size. Standard carton packing may include 50 to 200 pieces per carton depending on specifications.
Shipments are prepared for domestic supply or export through sea or air freight.
